Dietary Manager I (Upward Mobility Target Title)

Description of Duties/Essential Functions Benefits Supplemental Questions
Under general direction, plans and directs the food service operations for Madden Mental Health Center. Plans modified diets to conform to diet prescriptions and supervises subordinates in preparing and serving general and special diets and performing other food service functions; directs and participates in dietetic research programs and projects; serves on an interdisciplinary treatment team regarding dietary issues.
Minimum Requirements:Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent lo completion of four years of college with courses in dietetics. Requires one year of professional experience in a large scale food service program. Requires possession of a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification from a program accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). Qualifying state employees in the employee Upward Mobility Program, may complete combinations of specific proficiency tests and training programs leading to a certificate of proficiency in lieu of the stated requirements for this class. Prefers food sanitation license .

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
