The key responsibilities for this position include: . Plan and coordinate multiple exercises on an annual basis Work with other Federal Agencies when needed as part of exercise planning or play Produce scenarios and create threat injects for each scenario Determine expected player action and document customer scenario goals Collect player lists from customers Capture the delta between the players expected action and actual action Document issues and gaps discovered during the exercise Produce and conduct after action reviews reports (AARs), analyze exercise results and develop lessons learned Produce Cyber Exercise participation information reports based on FISMA, OMB, and OIG requirements Required Skills Exercise competency: Has a demonstrated understanding of exercise and test concepts used to evaluate organizational efficacies, staff skill levels, operational risk and security effectiveness. Data Capture: Able to capture actions taken by exercise participants in a fast-paced environment using direct observation, monitoring of participant communications and direct interaction with participants. Data Analysis: Able to analyze potentially large volumes of data captured during exercises and provide realistic and insightful conclusions based on exercise objectives. Reporting: Able to design executive level summary products aimed at driving action and demonstrating success. Facilitation: Able to control a room of people and guide them through the exercise to accomplish the objectives. Communication: Effective written and oral communication skills in both group and individual settings People skills: Must have strong sense of teamwork which enables you to work with peers and various levels of management All personnel performing this task shall possess at least one of the following certifications:Security+, Network+, C EH Required Experience Bachelor's Degree (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education) 5 years of cyber security experience Must be able to successfully undergo a Veterans Affairs High Security Investigation (VA BI)   Halfaker and Associates, LLC, is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
