ACCESS ADMINISTRATOR I


  • Position Summary: This position provides information technology support to Loyola University Health System, a member of Trinity Health Illinois. This position is responsible for basic tasks of user access administration, service desk and operations for network and enterprise information systems.
    Position Requirements:
    Associates Degree OR equivalent training acquired via 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
    Preferred:
    Associates Degree and 1-2 years of previous job-related experience with the following: Active Directory, Remote Access, Microsoft Office (including Access and Exchange), Service Now, ConsoleOne.
    Experience with IT operations or help desk
    Knowledge of Citrix and Epic.
    Position Responsibilities:
    Demonstrate basic technical knowledge in assigned account provisioning and user account maintenance for network and applications.
    Process basic and simple user access requests within a specific timeframe to meet organization's service level agreements and quality requirements.
    Analyze and resolve basic and simple access issues within defined service level agreements.
    Support team goals, priorities and direction.
    Understand and follow the team's defined policies, procedures, standards, and processes.
    Support, understand, incorporate and demonstrate the Trinity Health mission, vision and values in leadership behaviors, practices and decisions.




Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
