While acting as a Jr. Solaris/Linux System Administrator you will contribute to the sophisticated Solaris infrastructure that keeps clients running. You will:
Evaluate clients technical requirements and determine essential system capabilities.
Build and enhance a hybrid Solaris and Linux environment that works without fail.
Write UNIX and Linux shell scripts that flawlessly execute commands.
Troubleshoot any system glitches and take quick corrective action.
This Jr. Solaris/Linux System Administrator has:
Experience in writing UNIX/Linux shell scripts
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good team working skills
Knowledge of Virtualization with VMware is a plus.
