Summary:
As a Concierge for our low-income veteran community, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing excellent customer service and assistance with various tasks.
This position requires a personable and empathetic individual who can effectively manage a range of responsibilities to create a positive living experience for our community members.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations:
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk efficiently, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.

Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Act as a liaison between residents and property management, facilitating effective communication.
3.
Security and Access Control:
- Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring the safety and security of residents.
- Enforce community rules and policies in a fair and consistent manner.
4.
Package Handling:
- Receive and distribute packages for residents, keeping accurate records.
- Notify residents of package arrivals and coordinate package pickup.
5.
Community Events and Activities:
- Assist in organizing and promoting community events and activities.
- Encourage resident engagement and participation in community programs.
6.
Resource Assistance:
- Provide information about local services, resources, and amenities to residents.
- Assist residents in accessing community resources and support services.
7.
Maintenance Coordination:
- Log and report maintenance requests to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow up with residents to ensure satisfactory resolution of maintenance issues.
8.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, package deliveries, and other relevant information.
- Generate reports as needed for property management.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and understanding towards the needs of low-income veteran communities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure.
- Basic computer skills for record keeping and communication.
Working Conditions:
- This is a front-facing role, requiring extended periods of time at the front desk.
- Some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate community events or emergencies.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
