The Coordinator of Creative Arts Therapy reports to the Director of Therapeutic Services.
The Supervisor assists in identifying and planning for adjunct programming to derive desired patient outcomes.
In supervising the Creative Arts Therapists, the Supervisor assures that clinically sound programs are performed to adhere to Hospital policies, procedures, external regulatory/governmental agencies, and are age/population specific.
In addition to supervisory responsibility, performs work of the Creative Arts Therapist.
Qualifications Master's in Counseling or Expressive Therapies.
Three to five years providing direct clinical care in a behavioral health setting.
Some supervisory/process management experience preferred.
Art Therapist Registered (ATR); or Drama Therapist Registered AND Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
