Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Guide new store setup schedule before the soft opening Coach the display of all fixtures and products and cooperate with construction teams to finish cleaning works Ensure displaying tasks and store training are completed for new stores with soft opening and ground opening setup, including POS training, displaying training, inventory checking, logistic training, report to damage (POS), deposit training, standard warehouse training, cashier system training, and daily operating training Assist with different stores for training and store setup Maintain daily store visiting and evaluation, and adjust store layout, displaying, and other issues with the standard Guide store managers and associates with stocking shelves and guide stores' employees about fixture installation Requirements:
Previous experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, or a related field Excellent communication and coaching skills Ability to travel and work flexible hours Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred Prior experience in retail setup or visual merchandising preferred Knowledge of retail operations and best practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to change Job Type:
